birthday cake

11th of 11 in 2011.

was my friend's birthday.

so we decided to make a chocolate cake.

what we need is:

80g of chocolate bar

50ml of whip cream

60g of butter

45g of granuled sugar (a)(gula halus)

3 egg yolks

50g of cocoa powder(van houten)

20g of wheat flour

3 white eggs

45g of granuled sugar (b)

whip cream and sugar for the topping.

here we go>>

bahan A

1. heat up the whip cream until it reach the room temperature.

2. melt the chocolate bar.

3. mix them up together.

bahan B

1. pukul butter menggunakan mixer sampai kembang.

2. masukkan bahan A sedikit demi sedikit.

bahan C

1. mix the egg yolk and the sugar (a).

2. bila dah kembang, masukkan bahan B, pukul lagi sampai sebati.

3. add up the wheat flour and the cocoa powder sikit demi sedikit.

4. pukul lagi!

bahan D.

1. in another bowl, mix the sugar (b) and the white eggs. 

pukul sampai bila kau terbalikkan bowl ni pun bahan tadi takkan jatuh. 

2. masukkan 1/3 bahan D ke dalam bahan C (D -> C), gaul, ulang balik sampai bahan D habis.

bakar dalam 190degree celcius, dalam 35 min.

lastly, topping!!

pukul whip cream n sugar banyak mana ko nak, sampai benda ni jadi topping.

first day: jalan-jalan di botanikal garden.

i love this picture.

learned to make ceramic.

i designed a periuk sup.(it does look alike,right?)

our first night hotel. i got a single room. cool!

the toilet was small, but it's okay with me!

took this chance to berendam for half an hour while preparing text for my speech contest.

i repeat, half an hour.

after some makan2 at the hostel, we had a free time starting 830 nite.

so we went to eat BIG icecream,(6 of us) but didn't manage to finish it!

second day: hiking(which is actually just a walk and rode the ropeway)

our lunch. one big crab per person. cool!

went visiting the fish.

 atok penyu makan.

and finding nemo. aww....

 btw, it's my first time to go to this kind of place.

it's really interesting and i was a bit excited to watch the penguins. 

aww...cute!

at night, we stayed at a japanese-styled hotel, quite expensive i heard.

and at night we had our japanese-styled dinner. u can see how beautiful the cuisine is.

but don't judge the book by it's cover. 

i really work hard to finish them all, as the side food keep on coming.

however, i can tell that the dessert was awesome!

this is my favourite part.

sleep inside the futon!

its really nicee and comfortable, as if u dont want to wake up the next morning!

and i didnt miss the chance to spend my sweet time here!

 nice bath before taking my sweet sleep.

plus, they even have shiseido shampoo, conditioner and body bath.

let me tell you: highly recommendation for the shiseido's conditioner!
